Our Focus

SmarterHelp is where education and workforce development meet the future of Clean Energy.

We excel at clarifying complex concepts and collaborating closely with key stakeholders to cultivate learning experiences and talent pipelines that directly meet industry demand.

Our Origins

SmarterHelp was spun out of ChargerHelp's pioneering work in electric vehicle charging infrastructure.

Mission

To empower individuals, organizations, and communities with the knowledge and skills needed to drive climate-correction solutions and succeed in clean energy careers.

Vision

A future where every learner has access to the skills, opportunities and support needed to thrive in the clean energy economy.

Our Positive Impact

"I’ll never forget the day their support reached me. Thanks to this donation program, I had access to the resources I needed to get back on my feet. I’m not just getting by anymore, I’m building something stronger."

Trainee Feedback

  • “The SmarterHelp trainers do a excellent job at connecting with students and finding ways to ensure the content is clear to everyone. They’ve also excelled at finding ways to connect the material to the real world.

  • "Our company is transitioning a large portion of our fleet to electric, and I needed to get up to speed — fast. This program delivered exactly that. The curriculum covered network communication protocols, firmware updates, and preventive maintenance schedules in a way that was directly applicable to my daily work. The hands-on lab time was where the real learning happened. Three weeks felt short, but I left feeling thoroughly prepared to manage and maintain our charging infrastructure in-house rather than outsourcing every service call.”
